An AI Business Advisor that learns your shop
The advisor reads your real numbers — revenue, quotes, customers, packages, reviews, calls — weighs the metrics that matter for your kind of shop, and tells you where the money actually is. Every week it re-reads its own notes and your verdicts on the last round, so it keeps getting sharper.
- Advice only — it never changes prices or sends anything itself

A weekly board meeting, minus the meeting
The advisor does what a good analyst would: pulls the numbers, compares them to last period, weighs them for your industry, and walks in with a short list of moves.
20+ metrics, computed from your real data
Win rate, average ticket, margin costed from the real film on your rack, revenue per bay hour, film waste, missed calls, review pulse — pulled from the same engine as Reports, so the numbers always agree.
Weighted for your vertical
A PPF shop lives on average ticket and film waste; a detailer lives on repeat rate and reviews. The advisor knows the difference and leads with what moves YOUR money.
Advice you can act on this week
No “improve your marketing.” It names the service, the count and the dollars — “$61k in stalled quotes, call the 5 largest” — and every claim is grounded in a metric you can see.
It learns from your verdicts
Mark advice done, dismiss it, thumb it up or down — the next run reads all of it. Dismissed ideas stay gone; what you act on gets built upon.
Fresh every Monday morning
A weekly auto-run studies the shop while you sleep, so the week starts with a current brief — or hit Run analysis any time you want a new read.
Your data only, advice only
It sees this shop's numbers and nothing else, and it never changes a price, sends a message or touches a job — it hands you the play, you make the call.
It knows a tint bay isn't a detail bay
Pick your lens (or let the advisor infer it from your services and stations). The metric board reorders around it, irrelevant metrics disappear, and the advice changes register — throughput talk for tint, ticket-size talk for PPF, retention talk for detailing.
- Inferred automatically from what you actually sell
- Override it once — the advisor never second-guesses you
- Key metrics for your lens get flagged right on the board

Run 14 is smarter than run 1
Between runs the advisor keeps a running brief of your business — positioning, capacity, seasonality, what you respond to. Each new run re-reads that brief plus your verdicts on its last advice, then rewrites it. Dismiss something once and it stays dismissed; act on something and the next run builds the follow-up move. That compounding memory is the whole point: the longer it runs, the more it sounds like someone who works there.
What I know: Two-bay PPF-first shop, strong on full-front kits ($2.4k avg), ceramic attach growing since March. Owner acts fast on pipeline advice, ignores staffing suggestions.
Lately: Win rate slid 3 weeks straight as ticket size rose — quotes over $3k stall. Reviews steady at 4.9★.
Owner verdicts read by this run
“Chase the 6 unpaid invoices” — done, marked helpful
“Add a second tint bay” — dismissed (won't resuggest)
Illustrative weekly revenue — the advisor flags a steady slide before it becomes a bad month.

Every number a shop runs on, in one board

From raw data to a game plan
- 1
It reads the shop
Thirty days of quotes, invoices, jobs, customers, packages, reviews and calls — snapshotted through the same engine that powers Reports. - 2
It weighs what matters
The metric board is scored for your industry lens, compared against the previous period, and flagged where a key number moved the wrong way. - 3
It advises — and remembers
You get a headline, a short executive summary and 3–7 grounded moves. Your verdicts and its own brief carry into the next run, every week.
The advisor, or Dash Copilot?
Both read the same shop data and they are genuinely different products. Here is the honest split.
AI Business Advisor
You are hereYou want this when you want your numbers read on a schedule and something to tell you what it noticed, without you having to know what to ask.
It does not answer a question you type. It runs weekly and arrives with a brief.
Dash Copilot
You want this when you have a question right now — how many quotes are out, what you're owed, what's on the floor — and want the answer from your own data.
It does not watch your numbers for you or bring you anything unprompted; you ask, it answers.
Questions shops ask
What data does the advisor see?
Only this shop's own records — quotes, invoices, jobs, customers, packages, reviews, calls and time tracking. It never sees another shop's data, and every analysis stores the exact metric snapshot it was given so you can audit any claim.
Does it change anything in the shop by itself?
No. It is advice-only: it never edits a price, sends a message, or touches a job. You get suggestions with a concrete next step; acting on them is always your call.
How does the “learning” actually work?
Two ways. First, the advisor keeps a running brief of your business that it rewrites at the end of every run — that brief is its memory. Second, it reads your verdicts on its previous advice (done, dismissed, helpful, not helpful) and is instructed to never repeat what you rejected and to build on what you acted on.
What does it cost to run?
Each analysis uses 10 AI credits from your plan's monthly allowance (the same credits every AI feature draws from). The weekly auto-run skips shops that already ran manually in the last few days, and you can switch weekly runs off per shop.
Which plan includes it?
AI advisor runs are part of Growth and up, and the 14-day free trial runs on the top plan, so you get all of it for those two weeks. The metric board itself stays visible on any plan once an analysis exists.
My shop does PPF and detailing — which lens do I pick?
Pick the side the business leans on; the advisor still tracks everything, the lens only decides which metrics lead and how advice is framed. You can change it any time and the next run adjusts.
It doesn't work alone
- FeatureReports & AnalyticsThe live numbers behind the advisor — same engine, full drill-down.
- FeatureAI AgentsWhen the advisor spots stalled quotes, these are the agents that chase them.
- FeatureCRM & LeadsThe pipeline the advisor reads — leads, quotes and follow-ups in one place.
- FeatureDash CopilotThe same numbers, answered the moment you ask instead of on Monday.
The follow-up that never happens, happening.
