A business phone number is a $20/month add-on on any plan, and you can add as many as you need. Unlike per-seat phone systems, one number covers your entire team — front desk, installers, you on your phone — with AI call summaries, transcripts and missed-call text-back included rather than sold as an upgrade. Message and minute carrier fees are passed through at cost, usually pennies.

Your texts have to come from a number that is genuinely yours, so customers see one consistent business line, replies come back to you and nobody else, and your A2P registration is in your own name. Every shop gets its own — numbers are never shared between accounts.
