Your Google reviews, read and replied in one place.
Service VIN pulls your Google reviews into one hub, lets you reply right from the app with your listing updated live, asks every happy customer at pickup, and publishes a review wall you can drop on your own site. Reputation, run from where you already run the shop.

Booked the full-front PPF on my new Bronco and the finish is flawless. They walked me through everything and had it back a day early.
Thanks so much, Maria — that Bronco was a joy to wrap. We're thrilled the full-front turned out perfect, and we'll be here whenever it's time for the next one.
Ask, gather, reply — on a loop.
Reviews come in, the ask goes out at the right moment, and every review gets an answer. You watch the average climb instead of chasing it.
- 1
Reviews land in one inbox
Your Google Business Profile reviews sync into a single hub — automatically about every fifteen minutes, or on demand with a Sync-now button. A standing panel says where you sit, and the moment a review goes past your own reply target the page opens on that review instead of making you go looking for it. - 2
The ask goes out at pickup
When an install is marked complete, your review-ask automation texts the customer your Google review link — riding with the aftercare text a week later, when the car is safe to wash and still looks incredible — with cooldowns so a regular is never nagged twice. - 3
Every review gets a reply
Reply yourself from the composer, or let the Review Responder draft an on-brand reply for your approval. Replies post live to your Google listing. Strong ones become testimonials on your quote and invoice PDFs.
Every review, and every reply, in one screen.
The hub puts the whole picture — the numbers, the filters, the composer — in front of you, and posts your reply straight back to Google.
Your standing, always on screen
A panel beside the list carries the average with its star row, how much of the inbox is still unanswered against your reply target, your response rate, your median time to reply — and a goal line like “3 more 5-star to reach 4.8.” No filter or search on the page moves it, so it is always the whole picture.
Filter to what needs you
Server-side lenses — Needs a reply, All, Unreplied, Needs approval, Low, Replied — plus a star filter and full-text search, each one a URL you can bookmark. Needs a reply is the one the page picks for itself whenever something is late, oldest first.
Reply where the review lives
A composer with tone presets and a one-tap AI-drafted reply you can approve as-is or edit first — and it takes the whole screen on a phone, so the reply you send from the shop floor is the one you would have written at the desk. Post it and it goes live on your Google listing, with no tab-switching to the Google dashboard.
See the trend, not just today
A six-month trend and a star-by-star breakdown fold away behind a one-line summary until you want them — and every row of that breakdown filters the list to that rating. Each matched review links back to the customer record with their lifetime value.
One asks. One drafts. You approve.
An automation brings reviews in; the Review Responder helps you answer them. Both are on your side of the counter, and both wait for your say-so where it matters.
The review ask
Asks at pickup
When you mark an install complete, it texts the customer your Google review link — by default a day later, when the work still feels new. It never double-asks: a per-customer cooldown keeps a regular from being nagged across jobs, and it skips anyone who just left a review.
- Fires after a completed install — a day later by default
- Shares your Google review link in your shop's voice
- Per-customer cooldown so repeat customers aren't nagged
- Skips anyone who already left a recent review
- Default ask is a free template — AI drafting is optional
Review Responder
Drafts every reply
It watches your Google Business Profile and drafts an on-brand reply to every new review for your approval. For 4- and 5-star reviews you can optionally let it post on its own after a natural-feeling delay — while 3-star and 1–2-star reviews always wait for a human.
| What the Responder does | |
|---|---|
| 5-star | Auto-post optional |
| 4-star | Auto-post optional |
| 3-star | Draft — you approve |
| 1–2-star | Draft — you approve |
The review-ask automation and the Review Responder come with the Growth plan and up. See what's in each plan.
Put your best reviews on your own site.
Publish an embeddable review wall at your own URL and drop it into your website with one line of iframe. Reviewer names are shortened to a first name plus an initial for privacy, and the wall is opt-in — nothing goes public until you turn it on from Reviews → Settings.
- A hosted wall at servicevin.com/r/your-shop
- Embed anywhere with a one-line iframe snippet
- First-name-plus-initial privacy on every reviewer
- Opt-in per shop, star-filterable, capped at ~60 reviews
- Turn on aggregate structured data so your rating can show in search

Best tint shop in the city, hands down.

Your voice on every reply. Never a runaway bot.
A bad automated reply to an unhappy customer is worse than no reply at all. So the guardrails are the point: the AI prepares, you decide, and hands-off posting only happens where a five-star thank-you can't go wrong.
Approval-first by default
The Responder drafts; you decide. Every reply waits for a human tap unless you deliberately turn on autopilot — and it can only ever run for the star bands you allow.
Autopilot only where it's safe
Optional hands-off posting is offered on 4- and 5-star reviews only, after a natural-feeling delay so it never looks like a bot. 3-star and 1–2-star reviews always wait for a person.
Never nag a good customer
The Requester keeps a per-customer cooldown so a repeat customer isn't asked across back-to-back jobs, and it skips anyone who already left a review. The ask goes out once, at the right moment.
Privacy on the public wall
The review wall is opt-in per shop and shortens reviewer names to a first name plus an initial. You publish it; nothing goes public until you switch it on.
Illustrative estimate of how many reviews get an answer when every new one drafts a reply for approval instead of waiting for someone to remember to log into the Google dashboard.

Turn a five-star review into your next sale.
A great review shouldn't just sit on Google. Promote a strong one to a testimonial and it appears on your quote and invoice PDFs — social proof landing at the exact moment a new customer is deciding whether to book you.
Questions, answered.
How do my Google reviews get in here?
You connect your Google Business Profile, and reviews sync into the hub automatically about every fifteen minutes — or hit Sync-now for an on-demand pull. One caveat I'll be straight about: Google reviews access and the profile-performance insights go through Google's manual API approval, so connecting isn't always instant. Once it's live, your reviews flow in on their own and your replies post straight back to your Google listing.
Does the AI reply to reviews without me?
Only if you tell it to, and only where it's safe. Out of the box the Review Responder drafts an on-brand reply to every new review and waits for your approval. You can optionally let it post on its own — but that autopilot is offered for 4- and 5-star reviews only, and it waits a natural-feeling beat before posting. Every 3-star and every 1–2-star review always waits for a human. The unhappy ones are exactly where you want to answer yourself.
When does Service VIN ask a customer for a review?
After you mark an install complete — by default a day later, when the work still feels new and the customer's happiest. It shares your Google review link in your shop's voice. It won't double-ask: there's a per-customer cooldown so a regular isn't pestered across jobs, and it skips anyone who just left you a review. The default ask uses a free template; AI drafting is optional if you want it.
Can I put my reviews on my own website?
Yes. Publish an embeddable review wall at your own URL — servicevin.com/r/your-shop — and drop it into any site with a one-line iframe snippet. Reviewer names are shortened to a first name plus an initial for privacy. It's opt-in per shop and shows your comment-bearing reviews up to a cap of about sixty, and you can filter it by star rating, so it's your wall, not a firehose of every line ever left.
Will my star rating show up in Google search?
It can. When you enable the aggregate toggle, the review wall emits LocalBusiness structured data with your star rating and review count, which is the markup search engines read to show a rating in results. It's off until you turn it on, and it reflects the reviews on your wall.
Which plan includes the reviews tools?
Replying and syncing from the hub, the Review Responder and the review-ask automation come with the Growth plan and up — the AI-texting, automations and integrations that power them live there. The Dash copilot is on every plan. See the pricing page for exactly what's in each tier; I keep the numbers there so they're always current.
