Questions, answered.

How fast will I hear back?

Email reaches the team that builds and runs Service VIN. We aim to reply within one business day — usually much sooner. For the quickest answer to a how-do-I question, the in-app help and Dash copilot are available the moment you start a trial.

Can I talk to a real person before I sign up?

Yes. Ask for a 15-minute demo and you'll get a working shop owner, not a sales script. Bring your current tools and your quoting headaches.

What data actually moves when I switch?

Customers, vehicles, invoice history, job history (past work orders) and your open leads transfer today — enough to open your account with your real book in it. Photos, quotes, notes and appointment history do NOT come across via import yet, so plan to start those fresh. Native presets exist for Urable, Tint Wiz, OrbisX, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books; anything else, including Jobber and Housecall Pro, comes across as a CSV export. The full ledger is on the switching page.

Do you help me migrate off my old software?

We do it for you. Send us the export from whatever you run today and a real person on our team maps your columns, dry-runs the import against a preview, and shows you the mapped result before anything is live in your account. Importing never messages your customers — that's enforced in code, not a setting — and a first batch can be undone. The go-live target is 48 hours from the moment your file lands with us.

Where is Service VIN based?

Canada — built inside a working paint protection film and detailing shop. We serve shops across Canada and the United States.

Moving off other software? The full switching ledger says exactly what transfers and what doesn't.
