Google Business Profile integration

Reviews, replies and posts — without leaving the job.

Your Google listing is the shop window most customers see first, and it's usually the thing nobody has time for. Connecting the Business Profile puts new reviews, the replies and the posts in the same place as the job that earned them.

The short answer

What does the Google Business Profile integration actually do?

  • Where it stands: Coming soon.
  • Which way the data moves: Two-way sync.
  • New reviews pulled in live, with low-star alerts
  • Reply from the app — or let the AI draft and send in your voice
  • Publish Google Posts (updates, offers, events) with scheduling

Bottom line: Google Business Profile is marked coming soon, and the badge is telling the truth: the reviews hub, the reply flow and the Google Posts composer are built, but the connection is waiting on provider access rather than on the feature. Until it opens the tile says Coming soon instead of showing a Connect button that would fail.

Why connect Google Business Profile

Turn finished jobs into 5-star reviews.

Connect your Business Profile and run your whole Google presence from the Reviews hub — new reviews stream in with alerts, you (or the AI) reply without leaving the app, and Google Posts publish straight to your listing.

  • New reviews, pulled in live

Reviews arrive in the app as they're posted, with an alert on the low-star ones so the reply happens the same day rather than the next time somebody checks.

  • Reply yourself, or let the AI draft it

Answer from the app, or have the AI write and send in your shop's voice. Either way it's one place rather than a second login nobody has the password for.

  • Google Posts, scheduled

Publish updates, offers and events straight to the listing, with scheduling, from the same composer that writes your other posts.

  • Insights tied to revenue

Reviewer lifetime value, and rating against revenue. The useful question isn't how many stars — it's whether the reviews are coming from the customers who actually spend.

  • 04Revenue-linked insights: reviewer lifetime value, rating vs revenue

How it works

Setting it up, in order

  1. Wait for the row to open

The connector shows Coming soon until the provider access it runs on is in place. It becomes a Connect button on its own — there's nothing for you to do in the meantime, and nothing to pre-register.

  2. Sign in and pick the location

Authorize the Google account that manages the Business Profile and choose the location. A shop with more than one listing connects the one that listing belongs to.

  3. Work reviews from the Reviews hub

New reviews land in the hub, replies go out from there, and posts publish to the listing — with the job that earned the review on the same record.

Setting up Google Business Profile, step by step: Reviews: reply to Google reviews, publish posts & embed the wall.

FAQ

Google Business Profile, answered

Does Service VIN connect to Google Business Profile?

The connector is built and it's badged coming soon. When it opens it pulls new reviews in live with low-star alerts, lets you or the AI reply from the app, publishes Google Posts with scheduling, and reports reviewer lifetime value and rating against revenue. The badge on this page is read from the same registry the product reads, so it says coming soon rather than dressing it up.

Why coming soon rather than live?

Because it isn't connectable yet, and a Connect button that fails is worse than a badge that tells you so. The reviews hub, the reply flow and the posts composer all exist; what's outstanding is the provider access the connection runs through. The badge moves when the connection does.

Will the AI reply to reviews on its own?

Both are on the list: you reply from the app, or the AI drafts and sends in your shop's voice. The draft exists because a reply that takes ten seconds is a reply that actually gets sent — a one-star review answered on Tuesday reads very differently from the same reply three weeks later.

What can I do about reviews in the meantime?

Service VIN's own review flow asks for the review off the completed job, which is the moment a customer is standing next to a car that looks new. And if you already run review requests through Podium, that connector hands the completed job over so the invite fires on time.

Or start smaller

The call you missed is the job you lost.

Every missed call answered in seconds. The quote you promised, drafted before you hang up. Booked straight into your calendar.

It answers from your real services, your real prices and your real calendar — and writes the booking into them. No migration, no data to move — it runs beside whatever you use today.

Run the whole shop.

Quotes, bookings, film inventory and the AI crew in one login. Google Business Profile is not connectable yet — everything else here is, on the free trial, before you decide anything.
