Calls on your shop number, with AI follow-through
The Inbox's Calls tab logs, records and transcribes every call on your number — inbound and click-to-call outbound — and the Call Intelligence agent turns promises made on calls into one-tap drafts on the Follow-ups tab, when you ask it to.

The Calls page turns your shop's number into a full phone system, both directions. Inbound, calls still route through the phone agents — the AI receptionist, or a forward to your real phone — and every call now lands in the Recent calls log, recorded from the moment it's answered. Outbound, the Place a call card gives managers click-to-call: the app rings *your* phone first, then bridges the customer *from the shop's number*, so they see the same number they already text. Once a call's transcript is ready, the AI writes a short summary and a sentiment badge onto the row, with the full transcript and a recording link one click away.
The Call Intelligence agent does the follow-through, when you ask it to. Open the conversation and tap the ✦ button at the top of it: the agent reads the transcript of the calls in that thread and turns the commitments it heard — “I'll text you an estimate”, “let's book Tuesday” — into prepared drafts on the inbox's Follow-ups tab, alongside the drafts your other AI agents are holding. An estimate draft is built from your real service catalog at per-vehicle prices; approving creates the quote and texts/emails the customer their view-and-approve link. A text draft is fully editable before you approve, and sends over the same compliant rail as the agents (opt-out re-checked at send time). A booking draft creates an unscheduled job for the calendar, and a follow-up stamps the lead's next follow-up date. Reading is on demand because reading costs credits — recording and transcription still happen on their own, so the transcript is always there waiting, but the summary and the drafts are written only for the calls you point at. Want the old behaviour? AI Agents → Call Intelligence → Run automatically after every call. Either way nothing sends without your tap — and if the mobile app is set up, reps get a push notification the moment new drafts land.

It pays for itself, measurably
Executed estimate drafts record the quote they created, and accepted ones roll up as the AI-won revenue stat on your Dashboard — so “what is the copilot actually closing” is a number, not a feeling.
Troubleshooting
The Call button under “Place a call” is greyed out.
Why: There's no phone to ring first: Your phone on Call Intelligence is blank and call forwarding has no number to fall back on.
Fix: Set Your phone (in +1 format) under AI Agents → Call Intelligence and save.
Common questions
Can the AI send something without me approving it?
Only if you opt in. Both autopilot knobs ship off: promised texts queue for your approval unless you flip “Autopilot — send promised texts”, and estimates only auto-send below the dollar cap you set (0 means always ask). Opt-outs are absolute either way, and every send is logged.
What number does the customer see when I click-to-call?
Your shop's number. The app rings your phone first, then bridges the customer from the shop's number — so it matches the number they already text, and the call is recorded and analyzed like an inbound one.
The AI receptionist stopped answering and callers just get the missed-call flow.
Your AI credit balance hit zero, so the receptionist degrades gracefully and analysis pauses — calls are still logged and recorded. Top up under Settings → AI credits.
