One catalog feeds every corner of the shop
Everything your shop offers, built once.
Your service catalog is the single source of truth for what you sell, what it costs you, and where it runs. Set it up once and the whole shop reads from it.
One catalog
Define a service once — name, category, description and a photo — then reuse it across every quote, invoice, job and booking. No re-typing, no drift between systems.

True margins
Link a service to the real film SKU it consumes; each price tier carries a real cost, so you see actual profit margin costed from your inventory — not a number you typed and hoped for.

Add a service to a quote and it pulls its per-vehicle price tier and its cost, so Margin $ and Margin % update live as you build. Change the vehicle and every line re-prices.

Built to match how shops actually work.
A service isn't just a name and a price — it's what you charge, what it costs you, how long it takes, and where it runs. Service VIN captures all of it once and keeps your quotes, jobs and invoices from drifting apart.
Fixed, tiered, per-sqft or hourly — your call.
Not every service prices the same way, so Service VIN gives you five models. Set a flat price, a per-vehicle-type tier, a rate per square foot, an hourly rate, or mark it custom and price it per quote. Whatever you pick flows straight into the quote builder.
- Five pricing models — flat, per-vehicle-type, per sq ft, per hour or custom
- Per-vehicle tiers for car, truck, SUV, van, coupe, motorcycle and more
- Optional add-ons attach to a service and ride along into quotes
- Pick the vehicle on a quote and every line re-prices to its tier

Every service carries its true cost.
This is the part other catalogs skip. Link a service to the actual film SKU it consumes and an estimated footage, and each price tier carries a real unit cost — so Service VIN shows real profit margin costed from the roll in your inventory, not a number you typed and hoped for.
- Costed from the real film roll in inventory — not a guess
- Margin shown per service and per price tier, color-coded for health
- Good ≥ 50% green, OK ≥ 30% amber, thin or losing money red
- You never quietly sell a service that loses money

Map every service to the bays that can run it.
New in this release: set up your bays and stations — general, tint, PPF, coating booth, detail or wash — each with its own capacity, then tell Service VIN which services each bay can run. Scheduling and the job board read that map so work only lands where it actually fits.
- Manage bays by type — general, tint, PPF, coating booth, detail, wash
- Give each bay a capacity so you never double-book a station
- Assign each service to the bays equipped to run it
- The job board and scheduling only offer compatible bays

One catalog, wired to your whole shop.
Define a service once and it shows up everywhere it's needed. Pick it on a quote and it pulls its price and cost; approve the quote and it becomes an invoice line; schedule the job and it drops on the board as a task; switch it on for online booking and customers self-serve — all from the same record.
- Picked on a quote, it pulls its per-vehicle price and its cost
- Approved quotes become invoices with the very same lines
- Each service on a job is a task a tech marks done
- Flip it “show online” and customers book it 24/7 at the right price

Your service catalog is your shop's single source of truth.
Define a service once and everything downstream reads the same numbers — quotes, invoices, the job board, online booking and your reports. It's also the structured foundation your automations run on. And it's the groundwork for the AI you'll lean on: today Service VIN's win-back assistant already drafts reactivation texts in your shop's own voice, off the same clean data. Think of your catalog as your AI's job description.

Your margins depend on your own pricing, film costs and labor — Service VIN just shows them to you honestly.
Questions, answered.
What pricing models can a service use?
Five. A service can be a flat price, a per-vehicle-type tier (car, truck, SUV, van, coupe, motorcycle, commercial, exotic), a rate per square foot, an hourly rate, or custom — priced per quote. You choose per service, and whichever model you pick flows straight into the quote builder.
How is “true margin” calculated?
You link a service to the actual film SKU it consumes and an estimated footage, and each price tier carries a real unit cost. Service VIN takes the footage against the roll's real cost, adds your labor, and shows the resulting profit margin — costed from the roll in your inventory, not a number you typed. It's color-coded: green at or above 50%, amber at or above 30%, and red when it's thin or losing money.
Can I map services to specific bays or stations?
Yes — that's new in this release. Set up your bays by type (general, tint, PPF, coating booth, detail or wash) with a capacity each, then assign every service to the bays equipped to run it. Scheduling and the job board only ever offer compatible bays, so nothing gets booked into a station that can't do the work.
Do my services show up for online booking?
Mark a service active and switch on “show online”, and it appears on your public booking storefront for customers to book 24/7 — showing the right price for their vehicle type. Turn it off and the service stays internal-only. It's the same catalog either way.
Do services become quotes, invoices and jobs?
Yes. Pick a service on a quote and it pulls its price and cost with live margin; approve the quote and it becomes an invoice with the same lines; schedule the job and each service drops onto the board as a task your techs mark done. One record, everywhere — nothing re-typed.
Do I have to re-enter a service for each place it's used?
No — that's the whole point. You define a service once, and every quote, invoice, job and booking reads the same catalog. Change a price or a cost in one place and it's current everywhere you use it next.
