Meta Ads integration
What Facebook and Instagram ads cost you per booked job.
Meta spend and Google spend usually live in two tabs and get compared from memory. Connect the ad account and the spend lands in the same report as Google's, against the jobs Service VIN already knows you booked.

The short answer
What does the Meta Ads integration actually do?
- Where it stands: Beta.
- Which way the data moves: One-way → Service VIN.
- Facebook + Instagram campaign spend syncs nightly on its own
- Cost per lead, cost per booked job and ROAS per campaign
- Sits beside Google spend in one Marketing report, not two tabs
Bottom line: Meta Ads is in beta, and the reason is worth stating plainly: the reporting half ships and the conversion-upload half does not. You get true cost per booked job on Meta spend from day one, but Meta does not learn from your invoices the way Google Ads does — that loop is closed for Google and not yet for Meta.
Why connect Meta Ads
What Facebook and Instagram ads actually cost you per booked job.
Connect the shop's Meta ad account and its spend lands in the same report as Google's — cost per lead, cost per booked job and ROAS per campaign, side by side. Connecting takes one click if Facebook or Instagram is already connected: it reuses that permission rather than asking again.
Spend syncs nightly on its own
Facebook and Instagram campaign spend lands without an export, a screenshot or somebody's memory of last month.
Cost per lead, cost per booked job, ROAS
Per campaign, measured against the jobs Service VIN already booked rather than against a pixel's guess at who bought.
Beside Google, not in a second tab
One Marketing report holds both, which is the only arrangement in which the comparison is worth making.
One click if Facebook or Instagram is connected
The connection reuses the permission you already granted rather than asking for it a second time.
What ships
What you can do once it’s connected
- 01Facebook + Instagram campaign spend syncs nightly on its own
- 02Cost per lead, cost per booked job and ROAS per campaign
- 03Sits beside Google spend in one Marketing report, not two tabs
- 04One click when Facebook or Instagram is already connected
How it works
Setting it up, in order
Connect the Meta ad account
Sign in and authorize from the integrations settings. If Facebook or Instagram is already connected it reuses that permission and the connect is one click.
Let a night pass
Spend syncs nightly, so the first full picture arrives after the first sync rather than the moment you connect.
Read it beside Google
Cost per lead, cost per booked job and ROAS per campaign, in the Marketing report, with Google's numbers next to them.

FAQ
Meta Ads, answered
Does Service VIN connect to Meta Ads?
Yes, in beta. Facebook and Instagram campaign spend syncs nightly and lands in the same Marketing report as Google's, giving cost per lead, cost per booked job and ROAS per campaign. Connecting is one click if Facebook or Instagram is already connected, because it reuses that permission.
Why is it beta and not live?
Because half of it ships. The reporting works — real cost per booked job on Meta spend from day one. The conversion upload does not yet, so Meta doesn't learn from your invoices the way Google Ads does. Calling that live would promise a loop that isn't closed.
Does it change my campaigns?
No. This connector reads spend. It doesn't write conversions back and it doesn't manage your campaigns.
Is this the same as Meta Lead Ads?
No. Meta Lead Ads brings instant-form submissions in as leads. Meta Ads brings the spend in so those leads have a cost against them. They're separate connections with separate permissions, and most shops running paid social want both.
