Bookings start syncing
New and upcoming jobs appear on the connected Outlook calendar. Nothing else about how you book changes.
Move it in either place
Drag on the board or move it in Outlook; the change reaches the other side rather than waiting for someone to re-enter it.

Does Service VIN sync with Outlook Calendar?
Yes — a two-way Outlook / Microsoft 365 calendar connection is available in beta. Booked jobs sync to the connected Outlook calendar and updates travel in both directions. It's an opt-in, per-shop connection authorized with a Microsoft sign-in.
Which calendar do the jobs land on?
The calendar the connected Microsoft account authorizes. Unlike the Google connection there's no picker yet for choosing among several, so if that matters to how your shop is set up, connect the account whose calendar you want the jobs on.
Do we get everything the Google connection has?
Not identically, and it's better to say so than to find out later. Both are two-way and both are in beta. Google additionally lets you choose which calendar jobs land on. Each connector's page lists exactly what that connection does, read from the same registry the product reads.
Can we run Outlook and Google together?
There's a connector for each and each is a separate, per-shop sign-in. Most shops connect the one their crew actually opens — the job board is the schedule either way, and the calendar is a mirror of it rather than a second source of truth.
