Settings → AI credits is the meter behind every AI-powered unit of work. 500 credits are included every month — the allowance refreshes automatically each calendar month, nothing to click — and the page shows your live balance, the included allowance, and a status tile that flips to AI paused when the balance runs out. Below that, Recent activity lists every grant, purchase and spend, so “where did my credits go” is a list, not a mystery.
What things cost
Busy month? The Top up card sells three one-time packs (Starter, Growth and Pro) by card through Stripe Checkout — the same Stripe setup your deposits already use, no new keys — and credits land the moment payment clears, exactly once, even if Stripe retries the webhook. Running out is graceful, not catastrophic: at zero the AI receptionist falls back to the missed-call flow and call analysis pauses, but calls are still logged and recorded.
Settings → AI setup is the fast lane through initial configuration. Point the AI Setup Assistant at your website — and/or describe your business in the prompt box — and it reads your public pages and proposes a complete setup: contact details, business hours, your brand accent colour, your shop voice, your quote introduction and terms, your review link, and which agents to switch on. It does not invent your services or your prices: a step in the same flow imports those from your own price list instead. You review everything before any of it applies.

Build
Enter your website address and anything it should know (“we focus on PPF and ceramic — don't list tint”), pick how deep it reads, then hit Build my setup. A run costs 30 credits (Quick) / 60 (Standard) / 100 (Deep), charged only if it succeeds; either field alone is enough.

Review
The proposal arrives as a sectioned walkthrough — your business, your brand, your hours, your voice, your services, your AI team — one idea at a time, with a progress rail down the side. Every value is an editable field, and the agents it recommends are checkboxes you can untick. Nothing has been written yet.

Import your services
The services section is the importer, embedded: upload the file your price list already lives in, point it at your price-list page, add photos or screenshots of a price list, or read your own imported invoice history. Every row — name, category, price, duration — is editable first, anything the AI estimated rather than read is badged Estimated price, and names already in your catalog come back badged Already in catalog and unticked. A CSV or spreadsheet is read exactly, column by column, and costs nothing; a web page, a document, a PDF or photos are read by AI at 1 credit per service found, 20 minimum — so a four-service menu costs the 20 floor and a forty-service one costs 40. There's no limit on how long a price list can be: a long file is read in parts, and you're charged for each part as it lands. Either way the rows you add save straight away, on their own.

Apply
Apply this setup writes what the review form says: profile fields, business hours, brand accent (and logo), the shop voice, your quote introduction and terms, your review link, the agents you left ticked and — if you left it on — the booking storefront. The done card lists exactly what landed. Your services aren't on that list because they were already saved by the import step.
Safe to run again, any time
Re-run it whenever your website or your branding changes — it always ends in the same review, and nothing is written until you apply, so the values that land are the ones you confirmed on screen. The importer never duplicates either: services you already have are matched by name and come back unticked rather than repriced. Everything stays editable afterwards under Services and Settings.
Troubleshooting
“Build my setup” fails with an error.
Why: The website couldn't be read — the address isn't public (private and localhost addresses are refused on purpose), the site is down, or the AI call failed transiently.
Fix: Check the address is your live public site (https://…) and try again — or run it with just the description box filled and no website at all.
It says I'm out of AI credits.
Why: The balance is at or below zero — the assistant refuses to run rather than overdraw.
Fix: Top up under Settings → AI credits, or wait for next month's included allowance to land.
The import step added zero services.
Why: Everything it read already exists — matching is by service name, and rows already in your catalog come back unticked so an import can never duplicate or quietly reprice one.
Fix: The summary shows the skipped count. Rename or delete the old row first if you want it replaced, or tick the rows you do want and add them by hand.
Common questions
Do unspent credits roll over?
Yes. The balance is a running ledger — each month's included 500 is added on top of whatever you already have, and purchased credits never expire.
What spends credits without me clicking anything?
The automatic spenders are answered AI calls and post-call analysis (5 credits each) plus each drafted follow-through action (2). Composer drafts and setup runs only happen when you ask.
Who can top up or run the setup assistant?
Owners and managers. Everyone else sees the AI credits page read-only, and the setup page asks them to find a manager.
