Embed booking on your website & connect domains

Put the storefront on your own website with a script or iframe, get instant per-shop subdomains, or serve it from a domain you own.

Online booking4 in this section

There are four ways to hand out the same storefront: the hosted link (/book/your-link), an embed on your own website, an instant subdomain, and a custom domain you own. They all run the identical wizard with the identical availability and deposit flow — pick whichever fits where your customers already are.

Embedding on your website

  1. 1

    Copy a snippet

In Settings → Online booking, the Add booking to your website card offers two options, both pre-filled with your shop's link: an embed script (a script tag plus a data-servicevin-shop div — recommended, renders the storefront inline) and a plain iframe.

  2. 2

    Paste it into your site

Both work on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, or plain HTML — anywhere you can paste markup.

  3. 3

    Know the bare mode

The iframe points at your storefront with ?embed=1, which strips the page header and chrome so it sits cleanly inside your site. You can append it to the hosted URL yourself for any builder that only takes a link.

Connecting your own domain

  1. 1

    Enter the domain

In the Your web address card, type your address (e.g. book.yourshop.com) under Your own domain and save.

  2. 2

    Add the CNAME

At your DNS provider, add a CNAME record for that domain pointing at the exact target the settings page shows you.

  3. 3

    Wait for the certificate

The hosting platform needs the domain added on its side to provision TLS. The settings page shows the connection status; once DNS propagates and the certificate is issued, your storefront is live there.

Troubleshooting

The embed shows nothing (or a 404) on my website.

Why: The storefront is switched off, or the snippet carries an old booking link.

Fix: Check Storefront status is Live in Settings → Online booking, then re-copy the snippet — it's always generated with the current link.

My custom domain saves but never goes live.

Why: The CNAME hasn't propagated, points at the wrong target, or the domain wasn't added on the hosting platform for a certificate.

Fix: Compare your DNS record against the exact target shown on the settings page, and check the connection status shown under the domain field.

Common questions

Do I have to choose between embedding and a domain?

No — the hosted link, embed, instant link and custom domain all serve the same storefront at once. Use them all.

Does the embedded version behave differently?

Only visually: embed mode hides the site chrome. Availability, pricing and deposit collection are identical to the hosted page.
