The weekly email digest

Every Monday at 7 a.m. shop time, the owner gets a one-glance email of last week's numbers — what's in it, what it needs to send, and how to turn it off.

Reports & data4 in this section

The weekly digest is the "numbers come to you" companion to Reports & Analytics: a short "your week in numbers" email covering the last 7 days, sent every Monday at 7:00 a.m. in your shop's own timezone to the shop contact email on your shop profile. It's on by default — no setup inside the app — and each shop gets exactly one send per week, even if the background job retries.

What's in the email

Turning it off

The digest is controlled per shop from Settings → Notifications — it defaults to on, and switching it off stops future Mondays without touching your other alerts (low stock, market orders, new bookings). Not sure if it's on? Ask Dash from the ? button.

Troubleshooting

It shows up at 7 a.m. in the wrong timezone.

Why: Your shop's timezone setting doesn't match where the shop actually is.

Fix: Correct the timezone on your shop profile in Settings — the digest gates itself on the shop's local Monday morning.

Common questions

Can I change the send day or time?

No — it's fixed at Monday 7:00 a.m., but in your shop's timezone. If it lands at an odd hour, check the timezone on your shop profile in Settings.

Who receives it?

The shop contact email on your shop profile. It's a per-shop email, not per-user — forward it or use a shared owner inbox if several people want it.

Why don't the digest's numbers match the Reports page exactly?

The digest covers a rolling last-7-days window ending Monday morning, while Reports defaults to 90 days — switch Reports to the 7-day range for the closest comparison. Outstanding A/R is a live snapshot in both.
