Facebook integration
The car you just finished, on your Page, without a second app.
The best marketing a shop has is the work leaving the bay, and it usually dies on somebody's phone. Connect the Facebook Page and the same composer that writes your Google Posts publishes there too — scheduled, with the photos, in your shop's voice.

The short answer
What does the Facebook integration actually do?
- Where it stands: Coming soon.
- Which way the data moves: Service VIN → tool.
- Publish updates, offers and before/afters to your Page
- Schedule ahead — the queue posts at your chosen time
- One composer covers Google, Facebook and Instagram
Bottom line: Facebook posting is coming soon: the composer, the scheduling and the AI writer are built, and the connection opens when the provider access behind it is in place. It's part of the Social posting add-on rather than the base plan, and the add-on entitlement is what opens the connect.
Why connect Facebook
Your work, on your Facebook Page — automatically.
Connect your Facebook Page and publish posts straight from the Reviews hub — same composer as Google Posts, with scheduling, photos and the AI writer. Part of the Social posting add-on.
Updates, offers and before/afters to the Page
Publish straight from the app. The photos are already attached to the job, so the post is a choice rather than a hunt through a camera roll.
Schedule ahead
Queue a week of posts at the times you choose instead of remembering at nine on a Sunday.
One composer, three destinations
The same composer covers Google, Facebook and Instagram, so the post gets written once.
What ships
What you can do once it’s connected
- 01Publish updates, offers and before/afters to your Page
- 02Schedule ahead — the queue posts at your chosen time
- 03One composer covers Google, Facebook and Instagram
How it works
Setting it up, in order
Wait for the row to open
The tile shows Coming soon until the provider access it runs on is in place. There's nothing to do in the meantime.
Turn the add-on on and connect the Page
Social posting is an add-on rather than part of the base plan. With it on, connecting hands you the consent screen and a Page picker.
Write once, publish where you want
Compose the post, pick the destinations, and schedule it or send it now.
Setting up Facebook, step by step: Reviews: reply to Google reviews, publish posts & embed the wall.
FAQ
Facebook, answered
Can Service VIN post to my Facebook Page?
The connector is built and badged coming soon. When it opens it publishes updates, offers and before/after posts to the Page, with scheduling and an AI writer, from the same composer that covers Google Posts and Instagram. It's part of the Social posting add-on rather than the base plan.
Why coming soon?
Because it isn't connectable yet, and a Connect button that fails is worse than a badge that tells you so. The composer and the scheduling exist; the connection is waiting on the provider access it runs through.
Does it read my Facebook messages?
No. This is a posting connector — one-way out of Service VIN and onto your Page. Customer conversations belong in Service VIN's own shared inbox, on the same thread as the calls and the job.
Do I need the Instagram connector as well?
Only if you want Instagram. They're separate connections through the same add-on and the same composer, and connecting one doesn't connect the other.
Or start smaller
The call you missed is the job you lost.
Every missed call answered in seconds. The quote you promised, drafted before you hang up. Booked straight into your calendar.
It answers from your real services, your real prices and your real calendar — and writes the booking into them. No migration, no data to move — it runs beside whatever you use today.
Run the whole shop.
Quotes, bookings, film inventory and the AI crew in one login. Facebook is not connectable yet — everything else here is, on the free trial, before you decide anything.
