Podium integration
Keep Podium. Stop remembering to send the invite.
If review requests already run through Podium, the gap isn't the tool — it's the twenty minutes between finishing a car and someone thinking to ask. Completing the job in Service VIN is what fires the invite.

The short answer
What does the Podium integration actually do?
- Where it stands: Beta.
- Which way the data moves: Service VIN → tool.
- Completed jobs trigger Podium review invites
Bottom line: Podium is in beta and it does exactly one thing: a completed job triggers a review invitation in your existing Podium campaigns. It's one-way out, authorized with a Podium sign-in, and it does not bring reviews back into Service VIN.
Why connect Podium
Already run reviews through Podium?
Hand completed jobs to your existing Podium review campaigns.
The invite fires on completion
Marking the job complete is the trigger. Nobody has to remember, and nobody has to decide whether enough time has passed.
Your Podium campaigns, unchanged
The invitation runs through the campaigns you've already set up. Service VIN hands over the completed job; Podium does what it already does with it.
Timing that matches the handover
The request goes against the job that just finished, which is the only moment the customer is standing next to a car you've just made look new.

How it works
Setting it up, in order
Connect Podium in settings
Sign in to Podium from the integrations settings. The grant covers reading your locations and writing review invitations — nothing else.
Complete a job
That's the trigger. There's no separate button and no list to work through at the end of the week.
Podium does the rest
The invitation, the follow-up and the reporting stay where they already are.

FAQ
Podium, answered
Does Service VIN work with Podium?
Yes, in beta, for one thing: a completed job triggers a review invitation in your existing Podium campaigns. It's a one-way handover — Service VIN tells Podium the job is done, and Podium sends the invite it was already going to send.
Do Podium reviews show up inside Service VIN?
No. This connector is one-way out. Reviews stay in Podium, and the connector's only job is making sure the request goes out on time.
What access does it need?
Reading your Podium locations, so the invitation goes to the right one, and writing review invitations. It can't read your Podium conversations.
What if I don't have Podium?
Then this isn't the connector to start with. Service VIN's own review flow asks for the review off the completed job, and the Google Business Profile connector puts the reviews and the replies inside the app once it opens.
