What is Two-way sync?

Definition

Two-way sync is an integration where a change in either system updates the other — move a job on the board and the connected calendar follows, and vice-versa. It keeps two tools in step instead of leaving you to reconcile them by hand.

Why it matters to a shop

A one-way sync creates two versions of the truth and a weekly reconciliation nobody signed up for. Two-way means the move you make on the board is the move the connected calendar shows, which is the only way a schedule stays trustworthy.
